Please know that we completely understand that everyone is eager to get their hair back to normal, just as we are eager to get back behind the chair. Can you make sure I'm one of the first you rebook?

To be fair, each stylist is working on a process to ensure all guests will have access to reschedule based on when they were cancelled.

It will be of most importance to respond to your stylist's text/email/call when it's time to begin rebooking. Clients will be contacted in order of cancellation, but each spot will be filled by the first who answer and claim it. If you have any specific times or days that do or do not work for you, please tell your stylist immediately. 

Will my appointment be cancelled in May?

All reservations have been cancelled until May 11 and are ON HOLD until the end of May.

All appointments after Re-Opening are also subject to change due to State Regulations of Covid19 Crisis. 

When will you reopen?


We are following the advice of public health officials and do not have a firm reopen date yet. 
We are using 4 principles to guide our decisions:

  • The safety of our customers and staff is top priority.

  • The ability to continue to deliver an incredible experience focused on connection and being a safe space for guests.

  • We will continue to follow all regulations from local authorities.

  • Ensure demand is such to cover operating costs and business health.

Are you willing to make a house call?


We pride ourselves on conducting business legally in order to elevate the professionalism of our industry. Preforming hair services in a location that has not been inspected by TN State Board of Cosmetology is ILLEGAL.


Not only does this put us at a major health risk we all have been trying to avoid, this could make us lose our license, ending our careers. 

Can you give me my formula?


This will be decided at each stylist's discretion.


However, please remember that our knowledge in advanced color formulation is our greatest asset. It can be disheartening to be asked to share that intellectual property. If you're going to another licensed stylist during this time, they should be able to color match your current color with the color line they use.


Please also know, we totally understand and will hold no judgment against you if you are unable to wait to see us in-salon.

I'm out of product...


We are willing and able to meet you curb-side at the salon to refill any products you may need. We also have the ability to have it shipped directly do you from the supplier at no additional cost. Please let us know exactly what you need and we will take care of it for you!


  • All stylist will have temperature screening when arriving to work.
  • Stylist stations will be separated to ensure "further is better".
  • Any stylist "feeling ill" is committed to staying at home.
  • Stylist protective garments will be changed and sanitized on a regular basis. 
  • Stylist will wear cloth face coverings at all times.
  • Sanitization of tools, equipment and station will be completed after each guest and high-touch surface areas will be sanitized every 2 hours.
  • Towel warmers will not be used.
  • Scalp massages, etc will not be performed.
  • Talking will be limited during shampooing and stopped during blow-dry.
  • No food or drink will be offered to guests. You may bring your own beverages.
  • Waiting area and community processing room will be closed.
  • No walk-in appointments or purchases will be allowed.
  • There will be no more than 10 people in the salon at one time. 
  • All books, magazines and phone chargers will be removed. Please bring your own. 
  • All single-use tools will be discarded after each client.
  • Washer and dryer settings will be optimized to proper sanitization temperatures.
  • Doors will be opened for more ventilation when able.
  • The salon will be deep-cleaned daily. 


  • Guest must wait in your vehicle and text upon arrival. Then wait for a response from your stylist before entering the salon. 
  • All guests will be screened for illness prior to entering the building. 
  • All guests will have contactless temperature screening upon arrival.
  • Guests will need to immediately use hand-washing station (bathroom #1) after arrival.
  • Guests are required to wear a face covering throughout their entire appointment. (Please be sure it attaches behind ears instead of the back of the head.)
  • No children, friends or family are allowed to accompany you to your appointment. 
  • Limit belongings to a cell phone and a small wallet -- all belongings must stay with you at all times. Beverages/Snacks/Magazines/Chargers will not be available. 
  • Client Robes will not be available. Capes will be provided. Please wear clothes you don't mind getting stained.
  • Payments made by card will requite you to wear a glove during checkout. If writing a check, please bring your own pen.
