POLICIES & FAQs

PUNCTUALITY

At Queen Bee Hair Salon, I strive to always be on time for my guests. If I am running significantly behind, I will make every effort to contact you prior to your appointment time. The only way we can ensure punctuality is if each guest in the salon arrives on time for their appointment. If you are more than 20 minutes late (without communication), I may need to reschedule your appointment or alter services so it does not effect the following scheduled appointments.

Fees may apply.

NEW CLIENT DEPOSITS (non refundable)

An invoice will be sent via email to confirm all new client appointments. Deposit must be made within 24 hours or your appointment will not be booked. This amount will be applied to your service on the day of your first appointment. If you need to reschedule your first booked appointment time, the deposit will transfer to your new appointment, however, you can only reschedule one time before the amount is forfeited. Your deposit is available to use for six months.

If you need to cancel or no-show, the deposit is forfeited. This is to ensure serious inquiries.

CANCELLATIONS

Everyone's time is valuable so I reserve your scheduled time specifically for you.  If rescheduling your appointment or changing your service is necessary, a 48 hour notice is requested. If cancelling/changing/rescheduling occurs with less than 36 hours notice, a fee may be required before booking your next appointment.

All cancellations and rescheduling of appointments are tracked. 

RE-DOs / REFUNDS

As your chosen stylist, I pride myself on offering a thorough consultation proper to each service to ensure 100% happiness. I do realize that sometimes once you get home you may find something you'd like to adjust. Please contact me within 3 days if you are dissatisfied with your hair and I will immediately schedule a time to meet with you to discuss further steps.

Refund policy has the following criteria:

        1.  Recommended take-home product must have been purchased at Queen Bee Hair Salon during the initial              appointment  to ensure proper at-home care.

        2. An in-person consultation and additional services will be offered before any refund is considered.

FRIENDS & CHILDREN

Our salon family is very important to us! That being said, we want all guests to be able to relax during their appointment. Because of our limited space, please use discretion when bringing your children and friends if they do not have an appointment.

Per our landlord and insurance policies: If you must bring small children to your appointment, we require you bring another adult (not receiving a service) to accompany your child.

SICK POLICY

If you or anyone in your household has been sick in the last 48 hours, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. I will do our best to get your appointment rescheduled in a timely manner. Please do not come to your appointment if you are sick, or if anyone in your household has COVID/flu/lice. 

COMMUNITY SUPPORT

As a native to Williamson County, I LOVE my community and would happy to support as often as I can. I am always happy to hear about any opportunities.

REFERRALS

I want to meet all your friends and family! Referral & Rewards programs are available for all guests.

In order to receive Referral Rewards, there are some guide lines. See below:

- New guest must be the age of 18+

- New guest must live within 100 miles of Queen Bee Hair Salon

- New guest must get a chemical/color service with cut.
